The School offers post culinary training programs
and Master Classes for chefs in health care
as well as training programs, courses and workshops
for health care professionals
on Gastrologic approaches to

​​- malnutrition
​- swallowing/chewing dysfunction and dysphagia
  • ​- taste alterations for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy
​- assistive cooking techniques for patients with taste deteriortion.
